4 Christmas gift ideas for your snobby girlfriend

There's only 20 days left until Christmas and I am sure there are still a lot of clueless guys out there who have no idea what to buy for their princess, so allow me to help you out a bit! Here are 4 gift ideas for the girl who probably already has it all.

1. Maison Des Fleurs giant rose arrangements
These gorgeous and oversize flower arrangements are amazingggg. Any feminine, flower-loving girl would absolutely swoon over these. Maison Des Fleurs is a team of expert designers and florists based in the UK. Similar rose arrangements would also work, just make sure they are beautiful, quality and BIG, because a typical bouquet of roses will not suffice.

2. Gift cards to her favorite stores
Be sneaky and find out what her favorite stores are and give her a gift card to let her buy whatever it is that she wants! Whether it's a Sephora card to buy all of the YSL and Chanel makeup that she wants or Saks for the shoes that she can't stop obsessing over, you can't go wrong with a gift card and a trip to the mall! This gift is easy to obtain and still allows her to get whatever it is that she really wants.

3. Plan a "her day"

Pick a day to only do things that she loves. Go to her favorite restaurant, take her for a mani-pedi or trip to the spa and take her to a mall to get one item that she adores. You are not allowed to rush her or complain, just let her be fabulous! Add in your own personal special touches of course. This is a great way to cover up the fact that you didn't take any time to find her the perfect Christmas gift and she'll have so much fun that she won't even notice!

4. Invest in her
Nothing says "I love you" like investing in her! This is a gift that goes beyond material possessions. Whether it's paying for those Real Estate courses, heading to Z Gallerie to pick up those home office items she has been gushing over or surprising her with a billboard on a popular street, you can't go wrong with this one.

MLK Jr. Day!

Today (and everyday) it is important that we remember to spread the message of love and togetherness! Be the BEST you that you can be and uplift those around you to do the same. We still live in a society that is very divided at times, so it is important to be a pioneer for change and equality, and follow in the footsteps of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who saw the beauty in ALL people.

Skinny secrets pt. 1

After my book feature in "Secrets of successful women" a lot of you have been sending tweets and emails, asking me to share more details on how I stay skinny and my health/beauty routines so I'll share them now. In general, I stay skinny due to age, genetics and an EXTREMELY fast metabolism. However, my eating pattern also aides in that. Instead of eating huge meals, I eat tiny little bits over the course of the entire day which keeps the metabolism moving. Also, I naturally eat very, very slow. Ask anyone who knows me and they will tell you that it takes me twice as long as everyone else to finish a meal. You end up getting full before you eat too much! The only other person in my family that eats as slowly as I do is also very skinny.

I don't like soda, cake or baked goods (except the occasional donut and cupcake) so those are calories and fat that I never have to worry about. I practice yoga regularly and I do 5 minute ab, leg and booty workouts everyday at 7:30. For those who have asked, I am 5'7" and 115 pounds. I don't carry much weight in my stomach or upper body at all, my legs tend to carry most of my weight.

Now for my favorite part...BEAUTY! I take vitamins EVERY SINGLE DAY. I take Nature's own "Hair, Skin and Nails" because I wasn't born with the best skin conditions (I suffer from sensitive skin and eczema) and En Natural "Vibrance" vitamins for healthy hair which are vegetarian, multi-vitamins with no binders or fillers, 100% natural! You can buy a bottle here http://www.amazon.com/Vibrance-Vitamins-Vegetarian-Capsules-Formula/dp/B00G6U4ZI6 and use my code for 15% off EUN15OFF

I'll share more of my skinny secrets later! Use hashtag #FitTippy to ask questions and check out my fit tips!

A night at the Vineyard

Please dress elegantly and be well tailored. A night in the Vineyard is a night to remember. The evening consisted of a wine tasting with hors d’oeuvres, a gourmet dinner and dancing, of course. Beautiful sights of sculptures balconies overlooking the miles of grapes and fountains were seen. No one was sloppy drunk or tacky, it was all sophisticated, as it should have been. We don’t have to behave like peasants to have a good time!

My beauty routine

I’ve gotten some tweets about my general beauty routine (specifically for my face) so today I’ll share my process with you.

1.  I wash my face with a soy face cleanser ($38) by “Fresh” twice daily. It is a clear, gel like substance that leaves your face feeling super clean after you use it.
2.  Next I use a thin layer of Elizabeth Arden’s Visible difference optimizing skin serum ($49.50) on my face and next. This gives me radiant skin and reduces the appearance of my pores.
3.  Lastly, I use Lotus youth preserve face cream with super 7 Complex ($42), which is also by Fresh. This is one of my favorite moisturizers. It doesn’t make my skin oily/greasy but combats dry skin.

I like to get regular facials to exfoliate my skin and get rid of pesky blemishes that like to make an appearance on my chin or forehead every once in a while.

Honorable mentions: Caudalie’s Gentle cleansing milk ($28) and Korres’ Greek Yoghurt Moisturizing face cream ($32)

My all-time favorite face cleanser is Episteme’s moisture washing cream ($60). It is an Asian cleansing cream that I received as a gift last September during fashion week. I have had an extremely difficult time tracking it down L It gave me the best results EVER and I was devastated once I finally ran out.
